There's in-unit laundry, off-street parking, and a small private porch that's great for a quiet moment. Wi-Fi is included. The backyard is a work in progress right now; I'm putting in a simple patio and grill area for summer. The location is part of why I love living here: you can get to coffee, groceries, and the lake quickly, and the neighborhood feels friendly and walkable without being hectic.
