The atmosphere in the building is quiet and serious. There are two other flats in the building, both occupied by academics. Tucked away in a lush and beautiful garden, it offers a peaceful retreat while being conveniently close to grocery stores, campus, and all the amazing restaurants in the Gourmet Ghetto. Geta has it beautifully decorated along with all of the amenities you could hope for. I absolutely loved my time here and am so sad to leave. The landlord paid special attention to the details of the studio to guarantee the living quality of her tenant. I have felt very comfortable and pleasant during my stay. Highly recommended! I am looking for a renter for UC Berkeley's Spring semester, or longer. The apartment is best for one person. This apartment has a good workspace and is fully and tastefully furnished (including sheets and towels, dishware and cookware). It has a separate kitchen, and full bath with tub and shower. A driveway parking space is available for an additional fee. The space is usually occupied but is currently free. The space can accomodate up to a mid-size car.
