Open this Saturday 3/26/22, 11am-1pm. Separate work studio next door to house to be used as a work space only. It is not intended for use as an additional bedroom. Private patio in front of the house is for the sole use of tenants (see the pictures), small space behind the house needs tending and could be a garden space too. The house is one of three units on the property. It is a separate detached structure in the back with no common walls. To view it please email or text to let me know that you are interested, and simply show up on 3/26 during the hours listed above. It will be open as listed to any interested party for that time only. Please do not disturb tenants before or after this listed time. I am looking forward to meeting you. Please do not wait for a confirmation. It will be open as listed. The current tenants have graciously allowed this time to view the house even though they are not completely moved out. You will need to walk up the driveway past a few fences to reach the back house. The address of 1838 1/2 is posted on the studio in the back. The house is next door to the studio. The fences will be unlocked. Tenants pay for all utilities including water, trash and sewage. Common bill for water/ sewage to be divided by three to cover each unit. Gas and electricity is separately metered and set-up by the tenant. Appliances included: stove and fridge. Washer and dryer hookups in place, BYO. Non-smoking tenant preferred. Street parking only. There is no parking available on the property. Tenants will need to maintain the garden and do landscaping themselves, or hire someone to take care of this. The rental amount is negotiable. I am obviously interested in getting the right rent and tenant for the property.
