Privately located on 1 acre, The Grand Cabin provides the beauty of being nestled on the edge on of the woods while still conveniently located near the best that Lindale has to offer, including live music, good food, and unique shopping experiences. The fully furnished Grand Cabin includes all utilities with 2-6 month lease. It offers a cozy stay for 1 person in this one bedroom, one bathroom cabin. Relax on the couch with a faux fireplace that gives off heat and light, Wifi, TV with streaming ability and a fully stocked kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and utensils. The pillow top Queen size bed allows for a great night sleep with luxury pillows. Extra blankets and pillow are in the cabinet. Relax on the covered porch watching the birds in the woods. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the fire pit in the outdoor space under the beautiful trees. There is a gym on site that is available for use upon request. We provide all linens, hair dryer, washer and dryer with laundry soap, and Keurig coffee maker. All linens are laundered and sanitized for each new guest! Only 1 mile from historic downtown Lindale and near the heart of The Downtown Cannery. The Cannery features five different concert venues. And only 1/2 mile from the north entrance to Loop 49 which winds around Lindale and Tyler. We live and work on the other side of the property. If you need anything, we are always nearby. **NOTE: The Grand Cabin is only set up for 1 person. To accommodate a second tenant, rental rates will be adjusted. The owners have the happiest dog you've ever met and he loves to say hello if you like dogs. The driveway and parking area is made of crushed concrete with dedicated parking for the Cabin guest. Lease is a set length of time agreed upon before signing the lease. Minimum lease is 2 months. Potential tenants must complete a background/credit check at their own expense. All utilities included with rules of where to keep temperature set when not in the home. Tenants must provide their own renters insurance or agree to pay the landlord renters option. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Guests are allowed with a 3 day limit without prior permission.
