fixed term of six (6) months, Tenant agrees that no smoking of any kind, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or any other tobacco or marijuana products, is permitted inside the dwelling, garage, or within 25 feet of the property. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard and lawn in a neat and orderly condition, including regular grass trimming, weed removal, and general upkeep throughout the term of the lease. Tenant shall also be responsible for payment of all utilities and services associated with the property, including electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, and internet, unless otherwise stated in writing by the Landlord. Failure to comply with any of the above terms may be considered a breach of this Lease Agreement.
