This beautiful light filled private one bedroom on the top floor is a true gem. It is located right on the corner of Glenview and the diamond District with a lovely view of oak trees and a garden. The walkability at this location is a 10 out of 10 with all amenities that you could need just about a five minute walk away. The building only has 11 units and is split up in two. As a result, this top unit only shares one wall and in this section of the building there are only 6 units.
