It is the ground floor bedroom (labelled bedroom 4 on the blueprint) with private bathroom available on October 28th. Room measurement is 9'3" by 10'9". There is a two-car garage, though both spots are currently occupied - the spots are $125 each for reference for when they eventually open up, should you be interested when that time comes.
House built in 2021. Bedroom is unfurnished (furnished pictures also shown just to give you a better idea), but the main area is furnished with the 75 inch TV + entertainment stand, dining table, couch, coffee table, bar chairs, patio furniture, kitchen items, etc! Bedroom has remote-controlled overhead fan + light, helpful for good sleep. Washer + dryer on 3rd floor. Utilities not included (wifi, gas, electric, water + garbage estimated to be around $40-50 per person per month if split by 4 people). Solar panels on the roof help keep electric very low (see last picture) as a bonus.

-First month rent and one month worth of Security Deposit
-Credit report or credit score from your online bank account
-Application form
-W2s / 1099 for last two years (proof of funds as an alternative)
-Last 2 paystubs (work offer letter and/or verification of employment as an alternative)
-Cosigners may be required based on provided financials
month-to-month lease that will renew automatically
No pets without approval, smoking only on the balcony (balcony needs to be kept clean).
Renter has responsibility to keep property clean and to raise any issues quickly so that it can be dealt with in a timely manner and the damage can be limited.
HOA rules must be followed.
