This unit is on a flat lot with plenty of areas to play nearby and off street parking. Application and $40 fee required for all applicants 18 years or older. Renters insurance required (roughly $200 per year). First month and security required. Pets considered. I give a discount for leases longer than one year. Rent is approximately $950 per month but it depends upon how many people will be living there and if the tenant has pets and how long a lease is desired. Refrigerator and oven on site.
