The property is on a quiet street close to the elementary school with great neighbors. All the windows have heavy duty mini blinds and the cabinets are hard wood. The light fixtures are alabaster style and there is a ceiling fan in the living room. The kitchen and water heater are propane and the house has central air conditioning for comfort in the hot Tuolumne summer. There is no garage. Renters pay all utilities.
