The apartment will be available in the middle of December, but will be willing to pay the whole month's rent. It is pet-friendly (up to 35 lbs, with an exception for documented service animals), and extremely close to campus. I also have a couch, table, bed, desk, and dresser available for interested parties. The leasing company is friendly and helpful, and water, trash, pest control, and yard maintenance are all provided by the leasing company. Typical gas/electric bill runs around $30/mo total. It has plenty of closet space and a balcony off the bedroom.
