I am subleasing my studio apartment at Heritage Apartments. The leasing process is down completely through the rental office and goes through just like a normal lease as it is a transfer of lease. My studio is completely remodeled and is on the first floor of the building, parking is also right in front of unit. Rent is $779 and includes all utilities, cable and WiFi. There is a gym and pool onsite, along with free tanning. The community is well lit and safe, as it borders Upper Arlington and Grandview and many young professionals live here since it is so close to both downtown and the major highways. My lease is available from April 1 - July 27 so it is 4 months but you can extend if you like it . To lease you must apply in the rental office, upon approval pay $779 security deposit and first months rent. I am leaving town Friday so I would like to have it leased by then.
