This house has been completely remodeled within the last 11 years but mostly in 2017, which has not been considered in Zillows zestimate so please don’t compare it to listing price. The backyard has a saltwater pool with raised back deck and gas lava fire pit in-ground. A few feet away are cement steps leading down to a 16’x12’ gazebo and wood bar with back wall for a tv or signs. Around the porch is a rod iron gate with locking latch for safety. Pool is surrounded by vinyl fence with 2 swing doors on each end of yard. There is a brick retaining wall along the whole back length of the pool area just below the vinyl fence. Mature Large palm trees in back and front yard which have made it through our harsh weather. Outside the fenced pool area there is a 12x20’ wood shed with double doors and 2 windows. In that same area there is a 6’x8’ gazebo and rock area to relax while watching the kids across the way in a 20’ play area. On opposite side of shed there is a large cement slab that was used for a single basketball hoop.
