There are beautiful roses and fruit trees in the yard that my gardener and I take care of. Easy freeway access ( 110 FWY). Neighborhood is friendly, quiet and safe with safe street parking. Accepting applications after you have taken a look at it in person. I have a very friendly 1-year-old male pug puppy. I allow occasional smoking outside, no smoking inside. Street parking is first come first serve and there are generally several spots in front of the main house. Please note there is no laundry room or machine hookups.
