This includes handling complaints and repair requests. The restrictions of tenant repairs and alterations (for example, prohibit any painting of the unit) unless it has been approved in writing. Landlord reserves the right to access the crawl space under the house, will give written notice 24 hours before accessing. Landlord walk through frequency will be assessed at time of lease agreement. No illegal activity. This is a non-smoking house, Cigarettes, Marijuana, Vaping Hookah etc... No restrictions outside in the back yard. Dogs are allowed, it is Colorado after all. Pet Deposit assessed at time lease. Minimum credit score required.
