The upstairs is what I am renting and it includes 1 private bathroom (toilet, sink, shower), 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bedroom with a walk-in closet. I just changed the floors in it and it has brand new carpet. It even has its own AC/Heat unit so your temp control won't affect mine and vice versa. I have a private garage space as well-we can talk about that. The area can be locked off so it will be private, the only thing we would have to share is the laundry machines which are in the basement. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED IN RENT! Home is on a private quiet road, only 5 houses in our area so you will get peace and quiet. We can discuss the length of the lease-I am flexible on what you desire.
