Hello everyone! I am looking to rent a fully furnished room + private bathroom in my home to a single tenant (no exceptions, sorry!). The room has its own private entrance/semi-private living area. Kitchen is shared. Rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, trash, wifi). There is plenty of street parking available, no permit needed. Washer and dryer on site. I have two dogs in the house (they will not go into your room), so you must be okay with pets, but no additional pets! Please message if you have any other questions, thank you! I am looking for a long-term renter, preferably minimum of 2 years, but lease is year-to-year. No additional fees on top of rent. No smoking or drugs of any kind while renting. Street parking available. No pets please. $1500 security deposit + first month's rent is due on move-in day. Security deposit will be returned in full given that space is in the same condition it was when you moved in.
