For downhill skiers, you can leave your home and be on the chairlift going up in an hour and 10 minutes going to purgatory or if you wanna go a little further an hour and a half you can go to Wolf Creek pass. This area is by far one of the most beautiful areas in the United States of America. We would love to have you and if interested you could possibly obtain a lease to own arrangement on this cabin home with generous terms. We ask for first and last months rent and can work with you if you need the last months rent split up into three payments. We charge $250 per month, which includes water, all electric, and use of our trash container plus plowing if need be in the winter months.You would be responsible for your own Propane. We use a very simple one page lease. Your credit score does not matter.
