The property itself is located as part of the Silver Streams Lodge, which is located on the corner of County Road 500 and County Road 501 which has several log cabins and all buildings have red roofs you can't miss it. If you rent month-to-month, the rent will be $750 plus utilities. You pay your own propane if you rent for six months or more then the rent would be $500 per month. As this is a vacant lot property you could also have a lease to own if you are interested we can discuss that. You could build a house or maybe even 4 plex on that land. We are in the heart of the Vallecito Valley Lake area. We occasionally have cabins available so if you decided that you wanted a regular home space we could work something out.
