I'll do my best to repair or replace items if something breaks, but quick fixes can't always be guaranteed. Everyone needs to clean up themselves. $50/month will be charged for everyone if the place can't be kept clean by everyone and cleaning help need to be hired to come 2 times a month to keep the place clean. There's no lease, any party can terminate the rental arrangement by giving 30 days notice.
