I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting April 1st at the 1885 Garfield street apartments. The lease ends in June but you can extend it. The apartment is of California west real estate management. The rent due to the management company is $1425.00/month (including water, sewer, trash & basic internet) on the first day of each month. Security deposit is $1475.00. Tenant pays for electricity. The apartment is close to Cal-Poly campus with pool, free on-site parking & laundry rooms downstairs of the apartment. Bus stop is in front of the apartment. The apartment is close to freeway entrances and down town SLO where there are plenty of coffee shops, study hangouts, and shopping. NO PETS. *Renter's Insurance required* throughout the duration of the lease. Nothing wrong with the apartment, I am just moving out of California. The apartment will be unfurnished. Refrigerator and stove is included. Lease would have to be transferred to your name, so you must have credit enough to qualify. Otherwise a guarantor or cosigner is needed. There is a $20 application fee per applicant but I will reimburse you if you get approved. I will pay half of the first month's rent (April) when you are approved by the management company and sign a new lease.
