Our guest room has two twin beds and a view of the mountains as well and across the hall is the guest bathroom. Long term rental (1yr lease) $1750/mo plus $1750 security deposit and monthly rentals are as follows: Apr-Nov at $1950/mo plus security deposit and Dec-Mar at $3,750/mo plus security deposit. Discounts are as follows: 6 months lease 7% and 3 months lease 5%. Maximum 4 people to occupy the unit, 25+ years old, no pets and or smoking allowed, and contract/verification needed. Furnished condo inclusive of 3 TVs, kitchen fully equipped, towels, linen, etc. Utilities are also included with the rental such as electricity, cable, internet, and house phone with long distance nationwide. The building has shared Hot Tub and shared laundry room on each floor. For monthly rentals: Apr-Nov $1950/monthly plus deposit; Dec-Mar $3850/monthly plus deposit; Cleaning Fee $150.
