We're a five minute drive from the popular Tamarack beach and the quaint Carlsbad Village bustling with shops, bars and restaurants. Legoland is just a ten minute drive away. Brand new appliances and washer dryer. Close to highway 5 for access to Encinitas, Del Mar, San Diego, Newport, LA and beyond. Bedroom 1 Queen size bed, side table, attached private bathroom with shower and sink. Ample closet storage with mirrored doors.
