This classic Maine house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and is just a short walk to either Long Sands Beach or Short Sands Beach. You can spend three seasons in Maine - still such a great time to enjoy walking the beaches! The first floor includes a large living room with plenty of couch space and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a half bath, a dining room, and deck access to a large outdoor dining area with gas grill. There is also a wonderful front porch to sit and watch the action going by the house! The second floor includes four bedrooms and a full bathroom, and the lower (walkout) level has an additional full bathroom (the W/D is located on the lower level). Along with the rent, a tenant is responsible for oil (heat source), electricity, and snow removal. No smoking/vaping on the property, and no pets allowed. The home is fully furnished, but a tenant must bring their own linens. Tenant is responsible for heat (oil), electricity, and snow removal. A tenant must also provide proof of renter's insurance.
