Historic Charleston Cottage just 1 block from the heart of King and Market Street. Our 1000sf two bedroom/two bath home has been renovated and furnished to include all high-end bedding and furniture. Enter our home into the living room and you will immediately bright furnishings to include a premium sofa couch with upgraded queen sleeper and 50" smart TV. Our updated kitchen has every appliance and cooking item you may need and dining for six. Primary bedroom has a queen hybrid mattress, large double closet, ceiling fan, 32" smart TV, and the en-suite Bathroom has a bath tub/shower combo. Second bedroom also has a queen hybrid mattress, two large closets, ceiling fan, and trundle bed with 2 twin beds if for added guests. Hallway bath includes a tile shower. We have all plush bed linens and towels as well as full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy your morning or evening beverage on our bistro set out on the private brick patio. Home is also child friendly with high-chair, and pack n play for your convenience. There is a 4% processing fee if you use a credit card and Zelle/Venmo/Check are free to process. There is a non-refundable pet fee and a one-time cleaning fee of $250. Monthly rent varies based on seasonality. Rent includes all utilities including wi-fi. Pets must be approved and pet fee applied to rent.
