Apartment for sublease! I am moving in with my partner and need to sublease my apartment. -2 bedroom, 1 bathroom -Off street parking -On Lakeview in Randolph about two blocks from Byrd park and the lakes over there, down the road from Texas beach which should be opening again sometime 2026 (!!), walking distance to everything in the fan while still being a super quiet and quaint neighborhood. -$1399/month (this rate is $100 less than they were renting out the identical adjacent apartment this summer I re-signed my lease early to lock in the same monthly rate which would continue until the end of the lease. It's also possible that if you re-sign early they would keep the same monthly rate again) -Lease runs until June 23, 2026 with option to renew -Leasing company is Dobrin. I have lived here just over a year and not had any issues. Submitting maintenance requests is very simple and often they come the same day to fix things. -Subleasee will need to submit an application through Dobrin's website and be approved by Dobrin.
