Staying at this secure, gated community is equivalent to staying at a Luxury Resort with a large pool, hot tub, tennis court and is steps away from Smather's Beach. Two bicycles are available to indulge your adventurous side and do the island right! The kitchen is equipped with d/w and garbage disposal; there is a washer and dryer included and central a/c. Actually, the condo is my primary residence that I need to leave for 3-5 months while I attend to personal matters, and so I'm looking for tenants for that duration.
