A sliding patio door opens onto a concrete patio in the iron-fenced backyard, with new grass and a sprinkler system.
Tenants are responsible for all utilities and trash service.
Lawn care is provided.
No smoking is permitted.
The townhomes are not Section 8 approved.
The townhomes may be part of an HOA, and if so, tenants must follow all HOA rules and regulations.
There is a $45 application fee per person over 18.
Two pets are allowed with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300. For safety and insurance reasons, the following breeds are not permitted: Pit Bulls, Canary Dogs, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Huskies, Saint Bernards, Bull Mastiffs, Wolf Hybrids, or any mixes of these breeds.
*A free month of rent is applied after three full months are paid on time. The free month offer is contingent on signing an initial eighteen-month lease ending May 31, 2027. Followed by one-year renewals thereafter.
IMPORTANT: The addresses of these townhomes have not yet been mapped on Google or Apple Maps. To find the townhomes, go to Saint Teresa Via Christi Hospital. Driving west on 21st Street North, after passing the hospital, take the left turn at the Area 151 sign onto Josephine. Then turn left onto Cody Lane and proceed to the address.
