Both 2nd and 3rd rooms have a split level AC/heating units. The house has 2 tankless water heaters. The main living area has a dining table for 6 and a living room with an extra large television that is set up to stream Amazon Prime, Netflix and Youtube TV. But really it's the fished garage that you you will fall in love with! Movie theater with seating for 7, pingpong table, seating and tables plus a BlackStone grill all with heating and AC, plus a screen on the garage door that lets you enjoy fresh air without the bugs.
All of this is on a quiet county lot that has plenty of off street / on property parking space.
All utilities including internet and outdoor maintenance are included.
Home is available to be rented at the current FLETC detailer per diem rate of $155 a day. Corporate and per diem rates available. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana drug use allowed. No cats or dogs as there is no fenced in yard, just wide open spaces. There is a corral for a horse for a negotiated rate.
We as the owners live next door, are easy to work with and will make reasonable accommodations if needed to make your stay in Artesia your home away from home!
