Across from Harding Elementary with Rayen High or Hayes Middle Schools, Mahoning County Educational, Heart Reach Ministries, Stambaugh Golf Course, and historical houses nearby. Walk to Crandall Park Household must bring-home (Wages, Salary, Alimony, Child Support, Vouchers, Food Stamps, SS, SSDI, etc.) of around four (4) times the Monthly Payment or have a history of paying the same or more rent plus utilities somewhere else Tenant pays all Electric to the Apartment and the Gas Stove.
