The current owner bought the home from the absentee heirs, so there was little information passed down. Architectural drawings found in a dusty closet show the house was custom designed and built with design cues borrowed (stolen?) from Eichler homes. The home has an attic, and was originally designed with one carport. A second was added during construction.
