We require tenants to have income 3 times the rent coming into the home per month. We do accept pets, but we do not accept pit bulls. There is an extra $300 non-refundable pet deposit PER PET. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. If no rental history, first and last month's rent must be paid at lease signing.
