Our OP1208 condo rental is: pet friendly (1-2 small non-fighting type dogs under 40lbs. each only) no smoking, single family, over age 25, 6 max. People., no groups, no singles. Our MB Ocean Park Resort #1208 condo is: direct oceanfront 2BR/2BA, on the top 12th floor, sleeps 7, spectacular direct oceanfront views from 2 balconies off den and master bedroom and recently upgraded! Spectacular views of ocean, 2 oceanfront balconies. Indoor / outdoor pools and jacuzzies, gym, free WiFi for Internet. New appliances, refrigerator, HVAC, flat top stove, New dishwasher & new under cabinet microwave, clothes washer & dryer. Typically, Sat to Sat weekly rentals only from April-Sept. 1-4 week max.
