Spacious 1st floor 2-bedroom apartment on the edge of the Fan. Lots of windows bring in natural light from different directions, and allow for cross ventilation on nice days. A hallway extends the length of the apartment, and leads to the living room, which overlooks Parkwood Avenue; two bright bedrooms with closets; a large kitchen with a gas range / stove, full sized stainless fridge, microwave, and a stacked washer and dryer; and the full bathroom with tub. The apartment has central a/c and heat with thermostat controls. The apartment can be accessed from the front of the building, or via the kitchen door, which leads to a back yard and an off-street private parking lot behind the building. Have a pet? Bring your pet! We are a pet friendly community, and have no breed restrictions. There are also no weight restrictions for pets in our 1st floor apartments. Up to two pets can live in your apartment with you. Your pet just needs to be polite and / or friendly to other humans and pets. There is a one-time fee of $300 for your pet, and no monthly fees thereafter. Resident pays for all utilities. Application fee of $50 per applicant; all prospective residents over the age of 18 must complete a separate application. Combined funds from all sources must equal or exceed 3x the rent. All applicants will be credit and background screened, and results may affect outcome. Security deposit is $500 with excellent credit, may increase to a full month's rent based on screening results.
