We are also at an equal distance away from Santa Fe College and the University of Florida! We are looking to sub-lease our apartment and it will be move-in ready by mid-December, which is just in time for spring semester for anyone that's going to school. While we would love for someone to move in around December, January would be just as fine. When we got the apartment, we paid the pet deposit and fee for our cat. At the end of your lease, the leasing office will pay you back all the deposits we paid. Unless you have a pet, we will not need you to pay us the pet deposit, but you will still be getting the $150 that we paid by the end of the lease. We will also be covering all sub-leasing fees!
