Townhouse unit with 3 Bed, 2.5 Bath - utilities and super fast internet included! One private room open, 13 x 14 ft, furnished with adjustable queen sized bed, large flatscreen TV, and spacious closet. On 2nd floor. Can be unfurnished upon request. With roommate, we will be able to afford a cleaning service once a month! Medium courtyard and strip of lawn for pet relief or outdoor activities, shared with 7 other units but not often used. Small gatherings with friends and family are welcome! Requirements: Background check, Credit check, and photo of pet (that's just for me to get to see cute animals). Small downstairs bonus room is able to be used as office for an additional fee. Shared bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen with dishwasher. Large front loading washer and dryer in unit! We have a balcony/patio with grill, outdoor seating, and electric fireplace. We ask that if you smoke you do it out there, though edibles inside are fine. A small 5 lbs dog and cat live here as well. Not accepting cats at this time but we are open to almost all other pets, including but not limited to reptiles, rats, and insects. Just tell us who's moving with you! Both of our animals are very loving, but may be skittish at first. Looking for long term tenant, but open to short term. Ideally is a clean, friendly, and respectful roommate. Please be willing to tidy up after yourself and keep our home clean! We obviously are not going to ask you to manage the entire house, but helping take out the trash or wiping down the kitchen counters occasionally is appreciated!
