My fiance and I have lived here comfortably for 2+ years. We are moving to a house farther outside of Houston, and are looking for someone to lease our apartment, so that we may end our current lease. Things we love about this unit/complex:* Rent for us has only increased 3.7% in two years (That doesn't even keep up with inflation!)* Top Floor Unit with Covered Parking on 3rd Floor* Vaulted ceilings in our unit over 12 feet high in the main living area* Large walk-in Closet, along with another large closet in the bedroom* Living area is very open - We've comfortably had 25 people over at one time for holiday parties* Hardwood floors in living area, tiles in kitchen/bathroom* Washer/Dryer is in the Unit* Complex is new for the area - 1995* Management throws a very nice Holiday party every year with catered food and wine* We've never heard our neighbors through the walls* Balcony is shaded by a tree and great for sitting out on* Property has a park directly beside it that's great for walking and playing with your dog* You can't hear 610 nearby, but have easy access to it and I-10, as well as Memorial Dr to commute downtown* Very quiet neighborhood we feel comfortable walking in at night, with a neighborhood bar nearby* Memorial Park is nearby for jogging/biking* Pool is in another building and is usually quiet: Great pool access without the noise of kiddos splashing aroundMust pay for water through the building, all other utilities are renter's choice.
