This is a drug- and alcohol-free environment designed to support long-term recovery. About the Home: 1700 sq ft total (the room for rent is about 100 sq ft) Comfortable and partially furnished shared living space. Backyard opens to a large, open lot. Outdoor designated area for tobacco use only. Currently home to two male residents who have been sober for several years. Multiple friendly dogs already live here, so no additional pets are allowed. About the Room: One private bedroom available. Comes with a full-size bed and brand-new bedding (optional). Rent Details: $500 per month. $500 security deposit. Utilities and household bills split evenly three ways. Written roommate agreement and in-person approval required (just so they can see that you're not a bartender or dealer from their past) Ideal Resident: Someone who has completed treatment. Actively engaged in daily sobriety practices. Responsible and respectful in shared living. It's also ok if you're not a former addict and are simply a 100% sober individual.
