Since purchase we have built a privacy fence, installed outside hot tub, replaced the hot water heater, new high end air/furnace. Replaced two exterior doors with blinds between the glass. All new stainless steel Frigidaire Gallery stove and microwave, also new fridge, replaced in January of 2021. In 2023 we replaced the siding with LP Smartside, new front door with sidelights. Stoned the front entry and had a custom epoxy floor in the garage put down. New custom steel hand rails and balusters. Finally we put stamped concrete front entry, pored and stamped sidewalk around the house to a new stamped concrete patio.
