Investor brick home selling as is cash. Comp around home is 100k up. Home will sell over 100k up once it’s been renovate and update. Has half an acre. Has Septic sewer and public water. Needs new floor, new paint, new kitchen update, exterior porch siding update. New roof has been put on and septic has been pump already. Whichever investor can close first within 7-10 days will get the property even if I sign contract with someone else whoever closes first. PRICE IS FIRM.
