Gorgeous studio rental in the heart of downtown Everett! Located just across the street from Angel of the Winds arena and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, events and the Everett Farmers Market! This beautiful building was built in 1903 as a hotel and has retained many of its vintage features. It includes plenty of closet space and natural light! There is a short wait list for our off-street, rentable parking spaces and we have two coin-op washers and dryers in the building.
