Our modern, 2016 built house is close to the Beacon Hill Light Rail Station, VA, First Hill Hospitals, Baja Bistro, Fresh Flours, Jefferson Park and golf course, International District, Pioneer Square, Sodo, Capitol Hill and Downtown. The fully furnished apartment is located in the bottom floor of our newly built, modern house. Enjoy privacy with a separate entrance and self contained unit. No shared spaces. One huge bedroom with a king sized, pillow top bed. We provide 100% cotton linens and towels. One private bathroom with shower (no tub). Essentials provided. Plenty of space to cook meals in the full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. We use Airbnb to travel all the time and ours is the best stocked kitchen we've found. Private deck that opens to the back yard. Washer and dryer in unit. Fast internet with wifi and hardwire ethernet. 100mbs fiber, upgrading to 1 gig. Stairway connects to owners house with locked door in between. The apartment shares a wall with another rental unit. We ask all guests to observe quiet hours after 10pm. You can hear sound from the other AirBNB unit and the hosts upstairs. We have a 1 year old and most of the noise is playing from 9am-7pm bedtime. We have added soundproofing between the units so sounds are muffled. Abundant, free street parking. Parking is never an issue here. Strategically located near both I90 and I5 + I5 Express onramps so you can get to hospitals East, North and South. PacMed is walking distance. The VA and all First Hill hospitals are in easy biking distance. COVID-19 Precautions: Thorough sanitized bleach cleaning between guests. Unit shares a furnace and ducting with the house. We have a virus rated filter on the furnace. We occasionally need to access the unit to access the furnace, hot water heater and crawl space access. We'll notify you when needed and will otherwise stay out of the unit to practice social distancing. On other platforms, we are Superhosts and have an average of 4.9 stars.
