Any verifiable income source(s) for the past month or year or future month(s) depending on the source would need to be submitted. Pay $25.00 for each application credit fee and criminal check fee. Application fees are non-refundable. Credit may not have any delinquencies for the past six (6) months and any utilities owed, unless delinquencies are paid off & proof can be submitted including proof in bankruptcy. Credit score(s) from 570 and higher will be approved; and credit may have no delinquencies for the past six (6) months. Any credit scores of 569 or below unfortunately will not be accepted even if credit confirms no delinquencies for the past 6 months.
