Tours hopefully can start evening April 29 if all goes well. Renter responsible for utilities. Owner will change come at first of month for rent and change filters. No smoking allowed. Small Dog(s) considered on case by case basis with pet deposit. Two to three car drive way plus street parking. Yard is low maintenance but will renters responsibility. Indoor and outdoor property should not be altered without owners consultation. Renter insurance required. Lease must be signed before May 15 asking with security deposit (needs to be paid in a certified cashiers check.)
