Unfortunately there was a fire due to a poor re-roofing job. The roofing company goofed with the fire cladding around the chimney and woof! Instead of stepping up to fix the problem or find a situation, they declare bankruptcy and I am out my home. Therefore you are the one to get some good luck from my situation! The home could be replaced. Some folks said they can repair it- your choice. The garage is perfectly fine- it is far enough away and had zero fire damage. The central A/C, fridge, range,ramp, decks, well, septic and power hook up are all undamaged also. I have already reduced the price considering the situation. Brokers are protected, (have CA-4 ready) but please do not approach for a listing etc. Feel free to make an offer, but no low ball silliness please. Joe 352 8o4 o34o
