We have lived here for 4 years and really love it - the neighborhood is fantastic, our downstairs neighbor (who has also been there as long) is great, and our landlord is responsive and easy to work with. The apartment has one shared bathroom, a large kitchen with walk-in pantry, and a beautiful sunroom. Outside you will find a patio and grill, a lovely, large backyard and a garage (currently being used for storage, bikes, etc). The bedroom: The room is located off of the kitchen - away from the other two bedrooms and living areas of the house. I have found this gives me a lot more privacy than I would have if I shared a wall with someone. The back door/stairwell is conveniently located off the kitchen as well, so you are able to come and go without having to go through the whole apartment. The room is 10x10 with a large window and high ceilings. There is also a very large walk-in closet located in the bedroom and is outfitted with a double layer of hanging bars, which makes for a space that can hold a LOT of clothes/storage. There is a huge space for storage in the attic and a washer/dryer in the basement. Central heating and window-AC. Who lives here: If you sublease this apartment, you will be living with two women in their 20s/30s who work in the nonprofit sector. They prioritize a peaceful, quiet living environment and hope to find someone of a similar mindset. Both of them work from home part-time, so being considerate of one another's time and space is important. There is one friendly, well-behaved dog in the house and one cat who stays in a bedroom/does not roam the house. I am looking for someone to sublease in this 3-bedroom apartment with two other roommates beginning January 1, 2023. The lease will be month-to-month with negotiable terms. Who we are looking for: You are a respectful, clean(ish) woman/femme/non-binary individual who is looking for a cozy, bright space. We are not considering cis-het men as roommates at this time. Because we are not able to take on more pets in the apartment, you are not looking to bring a furry friend along. You're willing to pay $500 on-time each month, as well as a one-time $500 damage deposit (to be returned upon move-out)
