I have a fully furnished 1,688 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2-bath house situated on 2.33 serene acres in Jeffersonton, Virginia. High-speed internet, a spacious yard with a fire pit, and all the comforts of home - including a well-equipped kitchen (I love to cook!) and cozy, stylish furnishings. The upstairs bedrooms are very large - both measuring 16x18 feet, offering plenty of space to spread out and feel at home. You'd be sharing the space with me minimally - I live in the city during the week and am only home 1-2 nights a week. I'm a woman whose kids have grown and flown, and I'm looking for a trustworthy person I vibe with -someone who will treat my home as if we're their own and help out with expenses. Ideal for someone who works remotely, a fellow quiet soul looking for peace and nature, or someone seeking a relaxed, respectful home base in the area. If this sounds like a good fit, let's talk!
