New & very nice stainless steel high quality appliances. Gorgeous counter tops. Newly painted throughout. Gorgeous window moldings in kitchen & living room highlighted by lovely accent walls. Otherwise, paint is off-white but more white than cream. Very lovely Faux Wood blinds in the living room & cordless & wand less mini blinds on all other windows except in bath. New carpet of higher quality than normally found in an apartment. LED/Can lighting in kitchen & bath with the added plus that this lowers your electric bill. Each of our apartments has its own water shut off value found in the water heater cabinet. 40 gallon water heater. Very nice all new bathroom hardware. Spacious living room & kitchen and good sized bedrooms. Apartment is light & bright with windows in all rooms except the hallway. Bedrooms have 2 windows. Large updated closets with extensive shelving. Ceiling to floor cabinets & drawers in hallway provide even more storage space. Central Air (heating & AC). No washer/dryer hookups, but currently a free laundry room across the street with the expectation that tenants will help to keep the laundry room clean and honor the laundry room rules. Plenty of parking in back lot, but no covered parking. Assistant is Johnny on the spot & fast to clear away snow so tenants can get where they need to go in the winter. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Must pass background, credit, & reference checks; no criminal records (misdemeanors or felonies), evictions or unresolved bankruptcies. We run background checks & call references.
