A security deposit is needed to hold the home prior to your move in date. 3) Must have verifiable income at least 2.5 rent per month. Must show photo of pet and recent vaccination record with application. Non refundable deposit of $300 is required if accepted 6) All adults over 18 must have an email address to complete application and background/credit history. Owner prefers that all deposit and rental payments are paid electronically. No cash is ever accepted. Tenant pays electricity and gas.
