The newly renovated apartment is located at a great peaceful neighborhood, it has an amazing lightning with just the sunlight. Not much electricity light needed during daytime. The apartment is near supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, bakery and schools. As well it is near the 79th St station D train. The apartment is $2100 includes only heat and hot water and the tenant is responsible for the electricity bill. The landlord gives the option to the tenant to rent the driveway for $150 monthly. The apartment has two spacious rooms with closet and as well a huge living room with a balcony. Nonetheless, one of the rooms has an attic where you could put another bed frame or treat it like a gaming area. The apartment is not pet friendly and there is no laundry in the unit.
