NO SUB-LEASING: No rooms in this property shall be sub-leased as it is against the policy of the community Homeowner's Association (HOA). Note: Screening criteria for potential tenants include those allowed by Texas law, i.e. (1) criminal history; (2) previous rental history; (3) current income; (4) credit history; (5) failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application form.
